Clove Oil is a colorless to light yellow oily liquid with clove aroma and special spicy aroma. Long-term placed in the air can be oxidized and dark color, soluble in ether, acetone, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water.

This product is a volatile oil extracted by steam distillation from dried flower buds of the myrtol plant clove (Em-Holum ema ca-Phylla Atat h u n B.). The content of Lu-syringene (C15H 24) should be 5. 0% ~ 1 4 .0%, containing eugenol (C1QH 120 2) should be 75.0% ~ 8.0%, containing eugenol acetate (C12H 140 3) should be 4 .0% to 15%, 0%.
