oregano oil, also known as wild mint oil, is a yellow-red or brown-red volatile essential oil extracted from the Labiatae Plant oregano, with all the spicy fragrance of thyme, miscible with mineral oil, insoluble in glycerol, soluble in ethanol, also soluble in most non-playing oils and propylene glycol. It was first produced in Spain. Origanum oil, in different countries from different varieties of plants, the composition of the oil has a greater difference, most of the carvacrol or thymol as the main component. The oil of Spanish oregano is taken from the plant thyme (Thymus capitatus), the common name of which is Spanish oregano, cultivated in France, Portugal and Italy. Mainly used as a food spice.
